Updating .......

Sorry reader...... Mummy haven't updated since last week,  too busy and occupied preparing the boys for the Motivation Camp cum camping. They left SU on Friday afternoon 18th, Dec. 2011 after the Friday prayer at Surau Al Hidayah. The night before ( Thursday 17th, Dec,2011 ) all the luggage were ready ....... they packed themselves, off course under mummy's supervision ok !!!

    each of them carrying 2 luggage ....... for 3 day and 2 night camping !!!! ready to go

We were away for the last few days at the camping site in Ulu Yam, no internet services and no phone line as well. Mummy joined the camp on Friday night after work, as volunteer at the girls camp site.
Will update about our activities at the campsite in my next entry.

We arrived in SU on late Sunday evening, mummy took leave from work on Monday. Loads and loads of laundry from the 3 days usage .......  macam kedai dobi la pulak, dari pagi sampai ke petang the washing machine was working !!!! Kesian kat machine tu kan ???? ha ha ha !!!!

Anyway yesterday sempat jugak mem " baking ".  Utilising the left over pumpkin in the fridge, mummy baked pumpkin Wedges Scones ...... not bad though it's my first attempt baking scones using pumpkin ...... makan panas2 dengan whip cream and strawberry jam ...... yummy !!!!!
So, once in a while perasanlah jadi English " celup" makan scones as tea treat .......

                                                           ingredients are ......

Cream 30 gm butter and 30 gm of castor sugar, then mix in the mashed pumpkin, egg and milk.
Finally fold in the flour and sultanas. Mix well and knead the dough.   

                                                        the mashed steam pumpkin ( 1 cup )



                                                                 fresh milk 1/3 cup



          sultanas any amount




                                                             1 egg



                                                             


           self raising flour 2 cups


               
       cut the dough into wedges shape, brush top with milk and off to the oven



after 20 minutes in the oven of 200' C



                                served with whip cream and jam while still warm
