CNY Goodies from the office ......

GOODIES>>>>
Today we received a few CNY hampers at the office ....... plus loads and loads of Mandarin oranges, and the smaller types of oranges ..... not sure of the name though.
Most of us almost " kembung perut " eating those oranges these 2 days, breakfast oranges, after lunch oranges and almost going back another oranges ...... nasib baik muka tak tukar warna oren !!!! 
Before we go off today, our boss told us to pack more oranges home ....... ha ha ha !!!!
So mummy took home some for the boys, just took the smaller oranges, tomorrow will take the Mandarin ..... cannot handle too many at a time.

       some goodies from the hampers ..... only halal items are distributed to Muslim staffs

So after dinner tonight, they boys pampered themselves with oranges, chocolates, cakes and sweets !!!
I'm afraid ada yang kencing manis tomorrow ...... keh keh keh !!!!

                        our simple dinner tonight ....... sup ayam, tempe goreng + sambal  

      desserts of choc brownies, choc and cheese brownies ( ole2 from Bandung )+ bingka suji


Mummy made the Bingka Suji last weekend, but forgot to mention about it in my last entry. Took some to rumah Atok when we visited them last Sunday. Nenek Gayah loves it so much and asked for the recipe.
There's still a small portion left in the fridge, mummy and the boys ate a slice a day for dessert. Here are the process of making the bingka, just in case anybody is interested in baking this local delicacies ........ 

mix all the ingredients ....... semolina flour, sugar, eggs, coconut milk, pandan extract and water

whip up on low heat till mixture is thicken 

pour on into a grease tin and off to the oven

                      the final product .......... mmmm harum semerbak bau pandan !!!!

Finally their breakfast this morning, toast and garlic butter ....... they prepared themselves easy peasy.

Ok ..... that's all for tonight, better go and check on the boys now ....... tengah study ke buat apa lah kat dalam bilik tu ?????
