Yesterday was too bz with the TCPro system at work, not even a chance to glance through the Internet. Last night pun sibuk jugak, bro " z " is going for tuition class, to make sure he had a proper dinner before he left. Then had to sit down with " u " to help him with school work.
Don't even know what time did mummy dozz off ??? Sedar2 dah pagi ....... !!!
Our simple dinner of last night ...........

Kailan goreng oyster sauce ....... piping hot direct from the wok !!!!
and fruits cocktail Triffle as our dessert
With the help of bro " z " mummy made the triffle last Sunday. We've got some leftover cotton cheese cake that we bought from Carrefour the day before.
Cut the cake into smaller pieces and arrange it into a large casserole tray. Splash some fruits cocktail juice to make a moist texture cake layer.
prepare the custard filling
pour the thicken custard onto the cake layer
cover the custard with generous fruits cocktail
whip up some whip or thicken cream
cover the final top with the whip cream
walla ...... it's done, refrigerate it for a few hours
serve it cold ....... lovely !!!!
we still have half of it left as at today .........
After preparing the triffle and waiting for it to be cool in the fridge, mummy fried some prawn fritters or cokodoq udang for the boys for our minum petang. Kami pun makan traditional food tau !!!!

Finally Sunday night for dinner, as requested by the boys ...... mummy fried their favorites Mee Hailam, so quick and simple.
