HAPPY Belated MOTHER'S DAY to all mothers out there !!!!
Mummy had been very busy last week ........ busy steaming, baking and decorating ...... went to bed at midnight straight in a row for almost every night on the weekdays. The next morning still have to wake up at 5.00am to prepare the boys meal. Can you imagine that ????
Mummy's busy schedule started on Tuesday, 8th. May, 2012.
After dinner mummy started preparing the steamer ....... to make kueh Seri Muka for the next day event at the office. We had a periodical kuliah agama at the office during lunch break. The organiser served the main meal of Biryani rice, staffs were encouraged to contribute dessert. Mummy's Seri Muka was done as per ingredients and method of my mom, Nek Gayah.

Wednesday, 9th. May 2012 baked chocolate cake ordered by officemates. Su ordered a cake for her son's Haziq 11th birthday on Thursday and Liza's daughter Insyirah 1st birthday on Friday. Mummy baked both cake last Wednesday, kept Liza's in the fridge for decoration on the next day. Finished baking by midnight, decorated Su's cake the next morning.
Sorry ....... forgot to snap the photos of Su's cake, was in a hurry the next morning prior leaving to the office. Anyway she just requested for a simple cake, nothing extra ordinary at all. Just sprinkled some mix white and dark chocolate rice at the edge of the cake. Wrote the Happy Bithday Haziq wordings used blue fondant icing.
Anyway Wednesday, the 9th was mummy's niece Leeya 14th birthday too. Happy Birthday Leeya ...... we will celebrate together with bro " z " and Nek Gayah end of this month, ok !!!
Thursday, 10th. May, 2012 decorated Liza's birthday cake right after dinner. She requested for a pinky Barbie Doll cake. It's a combination of fondant and butter cream icing. Since mummy only had a few hours to complete the deco, butter cream was an ideal choice. Butter cream was faster to work with compared to fondant. Bottom line mummy's enjoyed decorating the cake .... mind theraphy !!!

Friday, 11th. May, 2012 the baking and cooking were all done, orders of the week were finally over ...... what a relief !!!
Promised to take the boys out for dinner, they have been helping a lot in the past few days. TQ dear boys, mummy is going to treat you for a nice dinner.
Just before we left for dinner, Uncle J called up ....... he and Auntie Y were on their way to our house. They wanted to treat us for steamboat dinner. We thought they are not coming to SU this week ...... but then they loved and missed us so much ...... ha ha ha !!!! So they came and ........

We reached home after dinner at after 11.30pm ....... both Uncle J and Auntie Y spent a night in SU.
Gotta go off now, will continue with our weekend activities later on ........ too busy right now !!!
