Saturday, 5th. April, 2012 ...... Happy Wesak Day to Buddhist friends out there !!!!
Mummy did tonnes of laundry last Saturday. Beside washing the boys school clothing, mummy's office wear, daily wears and towels, got an additional item of the house curtains ( but not the whole house yet, just the ground floor only ..... ahaks !!!! Dah penat giler ..... not going to cook lunch for the day boys.
The weather were bright and shiny ......... a perfect day for laundrette work. Mission accomplished by noon ....... what a relief. The boys were in charged of folding the laundry later on.
After lunch of lauk pauk from the kedai only, Mummy decided to cook something for tea. The boys were bored having Seri Muka 2 weeks in a row, requested for something different this week. We agreed to try another new kueh with pandan flavour. The boys loved any green coloured traditional cake with natural pandan taste ....... so this was our pick, Talam Pandan browsed from the net. Come and join Mummy in the kitchen >>>> 1,2 .....3
the lower base of the talam : consist of rice flour sugar, pandan extract and coconut milk
pour on to a tray and steam for 20 minutes
the top layer : consist of rice flour, coconut cream and pinch of salt
and finally on to the cooked bottom layer and steam for another 20 minutes
Unfortunately, tak sempat nak snap the end product of the Talam photos, sedar2 dah habis !!!!
Bro " z " loved the Talam very very much ...... I think he finished it offf. Will definately do it again.
Uncle J and Auntie Y datang lagi !!! They came over to our home again but late at night ...... not a surprise anymore !!! Ha ha ha ...... spent a night but left quite early in morning right after breakfast. Uncle J needed to rush to PWTC again for the last closing day of the International Book Fair 2012. Happy working on Sunday Uncle J ...... we know you worked really hard at the book fair.
Sunday, 6th. April, 2012 ........ went to Selayang to visit Atok and Nenek
+ the boys need hair cut too. They prefered barber shop in Selayang ....... meet their hair style, Issshhhh teenagers ????? I was there, once upon a time ago ....... so layannnnn !!!!
Auntie B, her kids and Leeya came over to join us at Atok's house later on. We planned to take our kids out for swimming. Auntie B took us to a swimming pool in KKlub at Taman Melawati. Not that bad at all, the place was not that crowded ...... the kids enjoyed themselves very much.

It's almost Maghrib when we decided to leave the club ...... the management had switch on the light around the pool area ( dia dah suruh balek lah tu ...... tak faham2 jugak ke? ) Ha ha ha .....
Had dinner at Atok's house, Nek Gayah cooked Pajeri Nenas ....... makan dengan ikan goreng panas2, superb !!!! Syok makan sampai lupa nak ambik gambar lagi.
Mummy seldom took food photos this lately ........ bro " z " always complaint mummy is so forgetful nowdays. Now I know why Nenek were so forgetful those days ..... I'm into it now, Help me please !!!!! ????
