Happy Tuesday ......
How fast time is flying by ........ it's now Tuesday !!!! Mummy last updates was last Sunday.
Yesterday was too bz with the TCPro system at work, not even a chance to glance through the Internet. Last night pun sibuk jugak, bro " z " is going for tuition class, to make sure he had a proper dinner before he left. Then had to sit down with " u " to help him with school work.
Don't even know what time did mummy dozz off ??? Sedar2 dah pagi ....... !!!
Our simple dinner of last night ...........
Sambal Ikan Cencaru ...... whose favorite ???? jgn jelous Auntie B
Kailan goreng oyster sauce ....... piping hot direct from the wok !!!!
and fruits cocktail Triffle as our dessert
With the help of bro " z " mummy made the triffle last Sunday. We've got some leftover cotton cheese cake that we bought from Carrefour the day before.
Cut the cake into smaller pieces and arrange it into a large casserole tray. Splash some fruits cocktail juice to make a moist texture cake layer.

prepare the custard filling
pour the thicken custard onto the cake layer
cover the custard with generous fruits cocktail
whip up some whip or thicken cream
cover the final top with the whip cream
walla ...... it's done, refrigerate it for a few hours
serve it cold ....... lovely !!!!
we still have half of it left as at today .........
After preparing the triffle and waiting for it to be cool in the fridge, mummy fried some prawn fritters or cokodoq udang for the boys for our minum petang. Kami pun makan traditional food tau !!!!

Finally Sunday night for dinner, as requested by the boys ...... mummy fried their favorites Mee Hailam, so quick and simple.

Mummy was on leave last Friday, took the boys to see dentist. " U "s teeth were given a clean bill by dentist. However bro " z " will need to see a specialist, an orthodontic in the future to fix a dental bracelet.
We went to a government dental clinic, as treatment for school children are for free ..... better make use of the facility, we are the taxpayer folks !!!!
After clinic we went to Selayang to visit Nek Gayah and Atok Ody since both were not well for the past few days. Bought some lauk pauk from kedai Mak Limah and kiwi fruits for nenek, we had our lunch there. The boys performed their Friday prayer with Atok.
Alhamdulillah ..... both are getting much better now ...... mummy think they just needed some rest ...... a REAL REST !!!!
Please consider that Auntie B and Mama ....... our parents are old and weak, they need a break, pity them.
On our way back home, we stop ed by the Pusat Kusta Sungai Buloh nursery to replenish our soil stock. We love going to this place again and again ....... it's made in heaven.
Bro " z " bought himself another new plant ........ my son is already a Mat Bunga ha ha ha !!!!
However mummy couldn't blame him myself ...... the flowers there were too adorable to ignore.
Mummy too could not resist capturing those beautiful orchids at the nursery even though am not an orchids fan at all ....... ha ha ha and here comes the Minah Bunga too !!!!!
Look at those lovely blossoms ...... isn't it made in heaven ???

Mummy had to turn up to the office last Saturday. We are going to have a new and upgraded system running in our PC next coming Monday. So we were expected to familiarize ourselves with the TCPro together with the IT staffs. They were there to support the test and trial. Luckily everything went smooth and well, we left the office after 4pm.
Since it was a Saturday, the boys tagged along to the office ..... they could just walk by to KLCC across the street if they feel like going to.

We planned to watch movie since a few weeks ago, finally we managed to do it last Saturday. Thought of going to KLCC TGV but we missed the afternoon show.
The nearest with evening showtime is at Mid Valley GSC, off we went there by KTM Comuter to beat the traffic jam. Lucky enough we reached there by 5.30pm and managed to grab 3 tickets for 6.00pm show ....... what a relief !!!!
Finally we watched the very much awaited movie, the War Horse ..........

Mummy and bro " z " enjoyed the movie by Steven Spielberg very much, but not " u ". The movie was quite slow in the beginning ...... gradually picking up later in the middle. A very touching stories about human, the war and horses during the 1st World War. Suitable viewing for those animal lovers but not to action pack freak like " u ".
