Bersempena cuti Maulidul Rasul + Thaipusam yang lepas, kami beberapa keluarga ( Mummy, Mama, Auntie Y, Atok, Nenek, Pak Ngah and Achu ) bercuti ke Utara Semenanjung ..... pi berjalan Penang and Sg. Petani tu !!!!
Penang tu memang consider pi bercuti lah, Sg Petani tu pi melawat sedara mara and attend majlis kenduri kahwin dua pupu sebelah Atok Ody.
As usual the boys and cousins lah yang enjoy bila part bercuti2 ni, Mummy ni penat je jadi driver ke sana ke mari, and melayan kerenah budak2 tu ...... !!!
Anyway it was a great holidays as it is still early of the year ...... a good fresh start for year 2013.
According to Uncle H, the next one will be until those kids finish their exam by end of the year. So Leeya and " u" make sure you prepare yourself earlier for the coming PMR. This will be the final PMR for all students in Malaysia ...... no more PMR after this !!!!

Home stay at Bayu Emas Apartment, Batu Feringhi ........
It's not a 5 star accommodation but a very nice location apposite Hard Rock Hotel.
Walking distance to all tourist attractions eg. the beach, night market and makan2 place ..... very convenient for us.

We had our breakfast in the apartment, lunch and dinner semua kat luar, banyak food stalls along the road. We stayed at the apartment for 3 days and 2 nights, kiranya the boys puaslah berendam dalam pool tu pagi petang ........

We went to Teluk Bahang beach on the second day 25th January .........
what a beautiful beach with fishermen trawlers by the side ....... LOVE IT !!!!

Lepas balek from the beach tu, terjun balek ke dalam swimming pool, tulah kerja budak2 tu sepanjang di Penang .........
Makan, tidur, mandi kat beach and mandi kat pool sampai berkilat .......
We checked-out from Bayu Emas on Saturday 26th January and headed to Sg Petani via Penang Bridge.
Penang roads were quite jam packed, lots of road closure in town for the Thaipusam celebration.
We reached Sg Petani at noon exactly makan time at the kenduri kahwin anak Makcik Minah, sepupu Atok Ody. Lapaaaq sungguh ...... pulun tak hingat donia !!!!
Too busy makan2 till tak sempat even nak snap gambar Pengantin Baru.
After the kenduri we went to Pak Njang's ( Atok's younger brother ) place which is not quite far from Pantai Merdeka. Apa lagi ....... kami pun merdeka la ..... jom kita enjoy !!!!

lepas selesai berjalan2, naik boat and balek ke Pantai Merdeka semula .......
muka2 kepenatan ....... sehari suntuk berjalan, from Penang to Sg Petani to Pantai Merdeka to Tanjung Dawai back to rumah Tok Njang at Kg Sg Emas .........
We checked in at Pak Njang's residence that night, Mak Njang masak Fish Head Curry Ikan Pelotan ...... Best !!!!! Ikan goreng celup tepung rangup pun superb !!!!! Too bad everytime makan2 terlupa nak snap gambar ......... sedap makan sampai tak ingat apa pun masa tu .... Ahaks !!!!!
Atok Ody jumpa adek beradek, dok bersembang sakan malam tu ( adek beradek lain emak, he lost his mom when he was still a baby )...... Happy for him, kesian tau jarang sungguh nak jumpa adek beradek kalau takde kenduri kendara, unlike Nek Gayah every month balek Ganu.
The next morning after breakfast of Nasi Goreng Mak Njang, we went back to KL to attend another kenduri kahwin of our cousin of Nek Gayah side la pulak on Thaipusam Day 27th January ......... letih Woooiiii berarak from KL to Utara back to KL again nak kejar makan kenduri !!!!
